Diners at the Grampus

Food and dining is one of The Grampus's most important features. Whether you want a simple bowl of soup or a light snack for your lunch, or a special meal to relax over while on holiday, the emphasis is on home cooking and locally-sourced produce. Meals may be eaten in the bar area, or in the garden. Although there is plenty of room, it is still best to ring in advance to book a table, particularly during the holiday season.

The tea-rooms are open every day between Easter and October, where you can sit in the garden and enjoy a traditional Devon cream tea, with homemade scones, locally-made clotted cream and strawberry jam. There is usually a selection of homemade cakes on offer, as well as a variety of teas and coffees.
